Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Etefo platform and its related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Etefo Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively, "Etefo"). Etefo reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting and continued use constituting acceptance of the updated Terms.

Intellectual Property

Etefo and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to its design, content, software, graphics, logos, and other proprietary materials (the "Etefo Materials"). All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may access and view the Etefo Materials for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Service, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, display, perform, or otherwise exploit the Etefo Materials in any manner without prior written permission from Etefo. Trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing on the Service are the property of Etefo or their respective owners and may not be used without written consent.

Feedback and submissions: If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding the Service, you grant Etefo a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such feedback without any obligation to compensate you or respond to you.

Third-Party Links and Apps

Etefo serves as an app discovery platform that aggregates information about applications listed on Google Play. The Service does not host or distribute the apps themselves. When you click on an app listing or a link to an external storefront, you will be directed to a third-party site (such as Google Play) that operates independently of Etefo. The terms, privacy policies, and content standards of those third parties apply to your use of their services, and Etefo bears no responsibility for their content, availability, or practices.

Any listings, links, or references to third-party apps on the Service are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement by Etefo. While we may receive referral fees or other compensation from certain partners, such arrangements do not imply endorsement of any third-party products or services by Etefo.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." ETEFO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, COMPLETENESS, OR RESULTS. ETEFO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ANY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM SUCH CONTENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL ETEFO, ITS AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ETEFO’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU FOR THE USE OF THE SERVICE, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.
